Simply one of the best tools

Pros: Stylish, easy to use
I am a Lean Six Sigma consultant and I travel all over the US. I had a Sprint mobile card and it worked good but this MIFI is awesome!!! I have the ability to connect to the internet with my computer but also my ipod. Most of the locations I travel are remote and do not have wireless access. I have not had any issues connecting even in towns like Waupaca, Wausau WI, or New Ulm, MN. I highly recommended!!! I just got my 4G Overdrive which is even faster. Very easy to use. Great Product Sprint!!! keep it coming!!

The MiFi is a win. It's very nice to have the internet anywhere I want/need it. I am looking forward to 4G arriving in Los Angeles so that I can upgrade to an Overdrive.

Pros: Durable, Big buttons, fast internet speeds, works everywhere i've needed it!, not a bad price!
I disconnected satellite and love my MiFi! The cost is $20 cheaper/month and it is fast and very reliable. Up to 5 users can use it at the same time. Until I got it, I had to work at the office so I could use the T1 LAN line. In just the past 4 weeks since I bought the MiFi, I have been able to telecommute every day. Now I will save over $100 in gas each month! I tried Vz Wireless and AT&T, but only Sprint would work here on Bull Run Mountain in Haymarket, VA! Thank you MiFi and Sprint!

Overall I think the MI FI is good, the Sprint service sometimes is very slow but for the most part it's all good. It's great to carry around with me to listen to internet radio. But the Sprint service is expensive like other wireless companies.

I've had my Mifi for about a year and I love it. DSL or broadband are not offered in my area and this device is wonderful! I previously used the Novatel Wireless device and it wasn't near as reliable as the Mifi. In addition, I can connect my PC (yes, you can connect your PC with this), my laptop, and my son connects his Wii to the internet all at the same time! I think it's wonderful my son can now use his game systems online without a broadband connection! It's very convenient to take with you and use pretty much everywhere. I've not found a spot where it does not connect yet!
The only con would be the cost of service. It would be nice if it were a little cheaper per month.

Cons: gets really hot while using
difficulty setting up,make sure you write down all the passwords you create during set up process. Fast connection, very light and compact, but device gets really hot while using, not sure how to prevent that.

Cons: the mifi 2200 gets very hot while in use !
I read only the 1st page of reviews on this site (after having the MiFi 2200 for about 6 mos) and pretty much agree with them all. I usually review products 1st, reluctantly I did replace my (sprint) Novatel Merlin EX720 mobile broadband express card about 6 mos ago without reviewing it first, (which by the way performed as advertised) with the sprint MiFi 2200 by Novatel wireless. The setup on the MiFi was straight forward and actually used the previously installed software from the Merlin EX720 (sprint smartview software) that I previously installed on my laptop pc. And that was when I realised that if you connected the usb cord to a pc or a mac the Mifi 2200 would act as a single broadband connection for the connected pc or mac and not as a wireless hot spot, But conversely, when I plugged the MiFi 2200 into a usb wall socket it would stay constantly charged and perform as a wireless hot spot. NOTE : (the MiFi will charge wether you plug it into you pc's usb port, usb wall socket or car charger).
Ok Sprint, now all you have to do for me is to combine the MiFi 2200 and the Airrave into one small package and I will be the first in line to purchase that product ! Oh!, and do so without any additional charge(s) beyond the current monthly cost of the MiFi 2200 ! Thanks !

P.S. I did need to have my 1st MiFi 2200 replaced as it stopped sending / receiving for an unknown reason, but have experienced no issues with the replacement unit.

Just got and and I love it.
Great at Home and in a Vehicle.
Set up online then....
1) turn ON.
2) Find WiFi on you device.
3) Login
4) Your connected.
When done...place in your pocket.

I would recommend this to any one. The installation is very easy and there is no software to load. I have windows 7 and it works great with it. In 3g or 4g arears the speed is awesome. In areas that are not on the broadband network the speed is a little faster than dial up.

This is a great little device and rivals all other wireless providers.
Connection speeds are about the same as my cable modem.
This would be perfect for college students who share housing and need internet access or someone who travels in airports.

The only downside is the battery. It has a very short lifecycle. The prudent individual would buy two batteries or sit next to an outlet and plug it in.

This thing is great, well worth the price. Even if you only use it with your one laptop, the reception on the MiFi is great. The one problem I was having is when the MiFi was low on power you couldn't charge it from your laptop and get online, but a quick fix to the config file will make it possible to do both. This fix is handy, because out of the box the MiFi plugged into your computer looks like a modem, but there isn't any connectivity software available for it.
The built in ware is very easy to setup and step by step is in the manual if you've never setup a router.
My only complaint might be the foil that is used for the Sprint logo can be crushed through the protective plastic cover.
