Cons: Drops calls
I love this phone but every 5 hrs or so the phone deletes all my messages and my call log and it's real irritating but other than that I love this phone.

I love this phone its the best phone ever. This the type of phone u need to keep for the rest of your life. No need to get a new phone each year. This phone does everything. you can defintley put more of your life on this phone I love it!!!!!!

I love this phone!!!. wish it had a camera on it..The price of it now is great I have to pay a lil more $$ one year ago but other then that I love this phone...I am in the need for a new one me and my blackberry had some rough days totally my fault....wish Sprint could get the Blackberry Touch Screen like Verizon..(hint hint)

I had the regular rumor before this phone and I loved that one too. I've had this blackberry for 5-6 months now and I still have the original one I purchased. I do a lot of texting and web-browsing and I can go for 2 days until the phone finally dies. Battery life is amazing! I really haven't had any real problems out of it. I've had to take the battery out a few times because it'll start acting slow, but not all the time. I believe because it has so much stuff on it, the phone needs some down time. It is practically a mini-computer! I would recommend this phone to anyone who texts or does a lot of web-browsing. Oh yeah, it doesn't have a camera. Only downside, but I have a digital camera so that's not problems for me!

I have had 5 of these phones. I kept having problems with the data port breaking or the phone constantly freezing up. I am constantly rebootig this one, becuase the phone does all types of wacky stuff. I have learned to adjust to my phone, but am looking forward to December when I can upgrade to the BBerry Tour. I hope by then the Tour's trackball issues I keep hearin about is fixed.

Long time Blackberry user - this one is bad!!!

I have had the 8830 since it came out and have countless problems. The trackball is always sticking, and not working. The keypad is great for using... when it works. I am always rebooting my device because of the constant freezing. I have been giving 5 different 8830's now. I am on number 5 right now, and surprise surprise.... the trackball just stopped working. This particular blackberry is not the best. Overall, I am still a huge fan of blackberry.

I had this phone for maybe a month, the phone itself is awesome, its speaker is super loud, and clear, calls are clear, and the phone is easy to navagate. My only complaint is that one day at work half the buttons stopped working, I can't get it to turn on. I now have a palm centro and I love it.

I have owned this phone since it first came out. It is great! I use this for business. Everything just works. The bluetooth, navigation & email is superb. The music interface is great & sounds very good. The only thing I miss is a camera. I upgraded to the Palm Pre & I am sending it right back. It is terrible for business. You can't go wrong with a Blackberry. It was made for business without any fancy stuff you just don't use or need. I am a fan for life. My only issue is that it is a bit to bulky, which is why I am upgrading to the Tour.

while i liked the phones features, and it is a easy to use phone, i've had 3 now due to mouse roller failing on me, and it locks up often. plus the lack of a camera on a phone these days is rediculous.
