Very good basic phone

Pros: Durable, Big buttons, easy to use
Cons: silver paint chips fairly easy
This phone isn't flashy but it definitely does its job. I've had it for over a year and a half and have never had a problem with it. Sure the camera isn't fantastic, but since the phone is so cheap you really can't expect much more. I get fairly good signal strength in most places. I've set the shortcut keys to where I can get to anything pretty quickly. I would recommend this phone to anyone who's not looking for anything flashy and just wants a phone that works and won't break. Also, I've never had the problem that other reviewers have mentioned of accidentally hitting mute while on a phone call.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, terrible phone
This phone is terrible. The screen will go black and non-responsive. It is terrible for volume and the battery will randomly die for no reason. Once it gets past one battery bar it will die within the next 2 hours.

Cons: Did not meet expectations
The volume control is on the side of the phone along with the mute button. When you hold the phone to talk it is easy to hit the mute by mistake. It's very annoying. Also, had problems with the first battery I was given.

When my original katana died over the summer after 2 years of use, I got this as a replacement phone. Not so excited about it then, less excited now. The screen is much smaller than the original katana, and the buttons are more awkward. One of the side buttons puts you on mute if you accidentally hit it, and cannot be turned to another purpose. The durability of the phone is quite lacking. It appears to be made of a softer plastic than the original, and mine is cracked already after 3 months. Also they changed the size of the charger opening, rendering prior chargers obsolete. All in all it's fairly disappointing. Plus sides: intuitive set up, good voice quality, the camera works alright, it's cheap and it's shiny.

Not a good phone!

I upgraded to this phone from the Rumor, as it was recommended to me for a flip phone. However after only using it for 2 days, even though it was brand new, I hated it so much I called to have it switched back to my old phone! I would not recommend this phone to anyone. The look and feel is cheap, the texting feature and basic design and look, the way it runs, etc seems very outdated. My rumor is old and doesn't work very well, yet I would rather use that phone while waiting for a replacement than the new Katana!
I heard from all my friends using Sprint that the Lotus, Hero and SCP Sanyo are far better, so stick with those!

When I got this phone I wanted something basic and could do its job. Well it did its job for 5 months than it started to act crazy. It doesn't have very much memory and its hard to work three way calling. You can't have many pictures on your phone and please don't buy any new ringtones because you will never be able to hear them.

Great Basic Phone.

This was my first phone and it was great and i loved it! It is great for a person just to use a basic phone. There was a few problems such as not enough memory, internet was slow, and when you would start a message and then exit and say not to save it, the next time u go to text it will come back and makes you send it unless u want to bother with it all day texting! It was the perfect first and basic phone for non-texters though.

When I first got this phone it was great but now I realize it is very bulky and makes an annoying *click* noise when I open and close it. The camera is very poor and the front of the phone--the mirror--gets scratched easily. Althought the battery life is very pleasant the charging time takes FOREVER!!! When ever I text someone and then delete the sent and inbox messages because the folder is full...well, when you turn off the phone and turn it back on, one of your sent messages will reappear into your sent folder just at random. It's very bizarre. That's my review, thanks so much for reading it!

This phone has been very reliable for me. Rarely drops calls, handles lots of wear and tear. It has even been dropped in the bathtub twice and continues to work well. There are two things I dislike about the phone: 1. it's too easy to accidentally put someone on mute 2. quite a bit of the paint around the edges has chipped or rubbed off (but that's merely cosmetic).

Pros: Durable, Great sound, Stylish
This phone was great! I've had it for about a year and it works great. I only have to charge it once a week, and I've never had a problem with the battery charger falling out. Mines not scratched either and I drop it and throw it in my purse all the time. Great phone & would recommend this one to anyone!

Great flip ohone

Cons: no qwerty keyboard
I originally bought this phone over a year ago and I have yet to see the battery go below full strength. I've even gone several days between charges and it still indicates a full battery. I bought this phone before I started texting, so I will eventually upgrade to something with a qwerty keyboard. But if you don't care about a qwerty then this is an awesome phone. Best I've ever owned. Oh, and picture quality is what you would expect from a 1 mp phone. Not pics I would want to keep, but for posting on twitter, etc. it suffices.

This is the dumbest phone ever! i hate this phone its so dumb i mean you can't really text or nothin. i have so many scratchs on it.The phone is so Lame and you only can take like 45 pics. do me a favor DO NOT GET THIS PHONE
