Pros: Durable, Great photos, Great sound, Stylish, battery life
awsome phone, i got the white version and my wife has the rasberry version. Runs great and not sure if im to partial about the ratings but the size is great and the battery life is aMAZING! simply put i had a HTC touch pro, hTC diamond, hTC 6800 and those were all great but wow the battery life compared to this! charge every 2 days with constant use compared to charging 3 times a day! and the phone runs smooth. only thing i wish is it was touch screen. I keep hitting the screen trying to do stuff. Miss my smartphone but this phone does everything that one did. and at a fraction of the cost and charge time. But i miss the flash on my camera....was a VERY handy flashlight.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, deletes texts, deletes contacts, not enough memory
I got this phone to transition from the keypad to text to using the qwerty type keyboard. I liked the phone alot at first, I got it in July. Since then I am on my 3rd phone. I keep having the exact same problems. Freezing, deletes texts before I can even read them, sends me a message that I have so many slots left and the oldest one will be deleted, but it never deletes! I end up deleting everything so I can get my message. It also deletes my contact names. Hopefully I can get a new phone all together. Have never had a problem with any other sprint or samsung phone for that matter.

If you want a phone that has a nice screen and looks great, then this is the phone for you....but if you want a phone that actually works then you are making a big mistake by buying this phone. I am one who likes to use the internet and data..wow this phone was not made for that, the service i get is horrible and its not due to the area i am in. the internet is fast...when it works. the memory is horrible. i purchased the phone 2 days ago and it is already telling me that i am running out of memory. If you are a sprint customer do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase this phone!!!!

i got this phone and looooooved it. then it started to break. i am on my third one and it broke again today. eventualy my texts stoped coming in.. people would text me.. my phone would vibrate.. but my message wouldnt appear. and if i sent one it was erased from my messasge folder.. also when i would click on my email i would just geta white screen.. it is very frustrating because the phone is great but i have to switch it out for a new one.. this has gotten old.

so i got the exclaim in august and decided to wait to write a review. Its a very good phone with a nice big screen and is very easy to use. the qwerty makes texting a breeze and the numeric pad is very simple too. the internet and features are very easy to use and the internet is pretty fast.The 2.0 camera is very good the pictures come out very clear but there is no flash but that was ok. I found that it could freeze from time to time. this only happened when the battery was drained very quick from using the features like the internet. It only froze when i went to unlock or open it and it would not unlock but i just turned it off and then on and it worked fine.The other con is that the only speaker is the one u use to make calls with but its pretty loud. Overall the samsung exclaim is a very good phone and i would recomend it to a texter and internet user or just someone who likes phones

This phone was pretty awesome at first, but after having it for two months i already see how it messes up! the battery life on my phone last about 3 hours and the part where the keyboard is attached is almost about to fall off! besides that is is a great phone i have had this type of phone for a while i had the rant so this is better with not calling people because it locks a little bit better.

Overall, an excellent phone with excellent service. Some problems on the carousal with Twitter, Myspace, and Facebook, but mostly positive reviews. Bad battery life. Lasts for nearly two hours on the internet.

i upgraded to this phone from a rumor in aug 09... great choice compared to a rumor. since then i have exchanged this phone 3 times and finally got a new one out of the box. the issues i have had were lines through the screen, no cancel option when sending a txt, wouldn't download the firmware upgrade, when responding to a txt and a txt comes in the ringtone will not stop playing no matter what u push or slide the phone closed, wouldn't stop alerting me that there is only a limited space for my txts even after deleting my txts, says I have a missed an alert but it doesnt show my missed alert.. Just to name a few issues.

Phone crashes and calls people on its own

I have had this phone for a couple of months now. At first, all was well! I really do like this phone a lot. Then the trouble started. The phone OS crashes and the carousel menus turn to pluses. Once this occurred, it was all downhill. Next, the phone started calling my wife and my friend at random times during the day or night. Their phones would ring, they would answer, and then nothing. Checked for firmware and other updates. I was able to get one update (not firmware). This did not help. Samsung - where is a firmware update to fix this? I have seen people mention this in other reviews. Now I need to get another replacement Exclaim or a different phone entirely. The phone is almost unusable at this point, since it calls people at random.
