LOVE IT!

Pros: Durable, Great photos, Big buttons, Great sound, Stylish, apps
I love my Exclaim! Keyboard is great for someone who loves to text. Love that it has Facebook and MySpace right on the homescreen. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Only thing I dislike is it seems the battery life isn't as great as I'd like but still totally worth it!!!

Great upgrade from the LG Rumor!

Pros: Durable, Custom themes, Big buttons, Stylish, large text, large screen size, good selection of screensavers already on phone
Cons: Bulky, screen stays sideways after using the qwerty board, emoticon menu glitches, no simple beep for text messaging
Before this phone, I had the LG Rumor, and I must say I'm thrilled with my upgrade! I love everything about the phone, other than the two glitches on mine.
When using the emoticon menu, it sometimes flashes and then quickly disappears. However, all I have to do is press the down button for it to come back, so it isn't too big of a problem. Also, after using the QWERTY keyboard, when I slide the keyboard closed into the standard position, the screen stays sideways. I have to then slide the phone up and then back down to get it facing the correct direction. Also, it's a little on the bulky side, but I expected that, since it is a dual slider.
Little glitches aside, I love my new phone! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. This phone is definitely stylish on the outside(I have it in raspberry,) as well as on the inside with its menus and such.

I dig my Exclaim phone

Cons: camera features are just ok.
I had been wanting to upgrade to a phone that I could message with. I didn't want some bulky phone but I wasn't sure about the slider phones. After talking to a friend, and a couple trips to the store looking at phones, I went with the Exclaim. I am very happy with my phone. The qwerty keyboard is big enough and I can send text messages pretty easily. I like the size of LCD display on the phone. For a compact phone, the screen size is very nice. I haven't used it for the internet or anything yet...though I like that it has the capabilities. Overall, I think it's a great phone and I'm glad I chose it.

GREAT PHONE.... BATTERIES LAST A WHILE... I AM ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING ON MY PHONE...BATTERIES IS GOOD... PICTURES.... WELL IT TAKES GREAT PICTURES...AND ITS A VERY EASY PHONE TO UNDERSTAND... EVERYTHING IS THERE AND EASY TO HANDLE.... LOVE IT... I DONT REALLY USE THE KEYBOARD BUT I THINK IS A GREAT PHONE AND LOOKS GREAT TOO....

I got this phone pretty much right after it came out and I haven't had any trouble with it. It is a little chunky, but it doesn't bother me at all. I love the full keyboard and separate number pad. I read a few reviews that said the phone froze and I haven't experienced that at all. Overall a really good phone. Easy to use and you can configure your home screen so that you really never have to dig through menus to find your stuff. The removeable memory card has been great. I can put my photos on the computer and vice versa very easily. Not a great camera on the phone so I use pics from the computer for caller ID.

I love this phone! the camera is great, txtin is awesome,and its is easy to figure out! Battery goes out in 2 days if u are a teen like me and txt alot! my friends love my fone, and they say its very easy to use! I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have dropped it like 5 times and nothing happened!

I LOVE THIS PHONE! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PHONES I HAVE EVER HAD. IT TAKES GOOD PICTURES AND THE QUALITY IS AMAZING. YOU TUBE IS GREAT AS WELL. THE ONLY CON ABOUT THE PHONE IS THAT IF YOU ARE A BIG WEB BROWSER..FACEBOOK..MYSPACE..THAT BATTERY LIFE WILL GET LOW. BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE PHONE IS GREAT. GOOD SIZE AND BIG BUTTONS. THE 2-WAY SLIDE IS GREAT TOO. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECCOMMAND THIS PHONE!!

Great phone

I love the exclaim. My last phone was the Instinct and I was happy that not all of Samsung phones were as undependable as the Instinct. The Exclaim might not have as many high speed things in it as the Instinct, but as I learned if the touch screen of a touch screen phone stops working it is useless. The Instinct got corrosion on the board inside the phone from my sweat. NO PHONE I have ever owned has had this problem but as I learned this is a common problem with this phone. But the Texting with the Exclaim is as easy as typing with your PC. You can change from one function to another fuction easier than any phone I have ever seen. This phone is not for people who care about having the newest high tech phones but it is great for anyone who wants a phone that they can depend on and send a text quicker and easier than any phone I know of. This is a great phone and if you think you might like it then get it and you will LOVE IT. BEST phone I have ever owned.

I have had two of these phones and both have the same problem... my phone will not update and I cannot view web sites because " I dont have memory" but I have a 4 gig memory card and have not even use half of the phones memory. If you are getting the phone for just texting it is fine but if you want to use the internet dont bother.

I am realy happy with this phone. It's really easy to text with and apperance wise it looks great! The only bad things for me was that fact that there is no < > keys and I constantly have to clean the screen. I think it would be awesome if this phone was a touchscreen so keep that in mind for the exclaim 2. Also I cannot set videos as a screensaver and I can only record for 1 minute and I can't set it as my ringtone. Other than that is phone is the best and I would highly recomend it!

I bought this phone not too long ago and I am happy with the results.
I went to the Sprint store one day and found out I was ready for an upgrade from the LG Rumor. I only had a few minutes to look around at phones, but once the employee showed me this one, I was hooked. I needed a phone for texting, pictures, and internet/email. This phone has a smooth slide to the keyboards and is fast. The pictures turn out great and the sound on the phone is amazing. I could not have found a better phone.

I have had this phone for two months and have needed it replaced once already. The memory is horrible, the text messages are annoying, it continually messages itself, tells me how many messages I have left, the google maps never workes, the e-mail works only when it felt like it. Also, whenever there was an upgrade, the phone never wanted to do it. This phone has a mind of its own and I have rewarded its initiative by tossing it out the window.

when i got this phone I was so excited, but after about a week it seemed like it was starting to fall apart. there are also many software problems like the word wrapping on text messages. this phone was so bad i had to switch back to my previous phone

while its a little heavy in an age of "the smaller the better" this is a really great gadget phone. it allows you do be hip and current with its one touch features, giving you instant access to facebook and myspace, google, driving directions, your stored media...the picture quality of the camera is also awesome. and i am seriously in love with the long lasting battery life! that for me is the biggest perk. the speaker mode quality is very good too.

I have had this phone for a week now and absolutley love it. Even with my big thumbs the QWERTY keyboard is awesome. Battery life is good, I work midnights so the added light is nice. The best phone I have ever owned.
