Poor build quality

Pros: improved keyboard, better applications
Cons: trackball fails/sticks, software glitches
Not up to par with expectations for next gen phones. A improvement over previous versions but...build quality is terrible.
- We are returning 3 out of the 4 phones we got because the track ball has failed on all of them.
- I've had to reset the phone several times by pulling the battery just so I could take a picture!
- email works good (when the track ball works)

The track ball had to be replaced 2 times in 2 months I hope the last fix cures the problem

Rethink this one!

On 2nd Tour in just over 2 weeks, my customers say I sound muffled. They could hear me great on my out of date slider, so not impressed with Blackberry and the Tour at all. The sound quality on the listeners end is so bad my customers ask me to call back on land line. Also tracking ball issues, which is a know problem, I was told in store. I will be taking back,again, since trading in for another did not help at all. Otherwise, has great features, awesome camera, but if you talk on your phone (some of us still do)then you might rethink it.

Blackberry Tour; Amazing Phone

I have had many blackberry's in the past from the oldie olds with no name to the Pearl to the Curve now the Tour. In between, I have had some other phones such as the Lotus and the Instinct. Blackberry phones never cese to amaze me and are the best phones out there in my opinion and I always end up going back to them. The Tour is an amazing device! It looks awesome, service and call quality are wonderful, internet and email capabilities are super fast, the camera is superb and the pictures are crystal clear! The Tour has everything you need in a device and is very well priced! My moto is you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth it!

I had to take it back to the store 3 times and got 3 replacements all with the same problem..... the mouse track needs to be looked at by BB. i would have to hit that ball 5 times before it would move over to another application. The Trackball is horrible

It's about time Sprint offered this phone in the non-camera setup. I am pleased to see that Blackberry takes into account that many of its customers work in high security work areas in which the camera phone is absolutely forbidden.

This phone is so awesome! I have had one of every Sprint phone and Blackberry has always been the best! The Tour just continues to impress me.
Coolest thing is that you can set speacial ringtones for each person who text you.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PHONE. I SWITCHED FROM THE BLACKBERRY CURVE 8330 WHICH WAS ALSO GREAT BUT THIS PHONE BEATS IT HANDS DOWN. THE DESIGN OF THE KEYBOARD MAKES IT EASIER TO TYPE ON AND THE PHONE FEELS VERY STURDY IN THE HAND. THE WEB BROWSER IS ALSO PRETTY FAST COMPARED TO MOST SMART PHONES I'VE USED. EMAILS ARE DELIVERED VERY FAST AND PROMPT AND THE SCREEN IS ALSO VERY BRIGHT AND VIBRANT. THE SOUNDS ARE ALSO VERY LOUD ON THIS PHONE AND NOT TO MENTION ITS VERY SEXY LOOKING LOL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE DURABLE HANDSET THAT WILL KEEP YOU IN TOUCH.

this phone sg great, I love the internet service primarily because its so fast and smooth. the phone is just so comfortable to hold and getting to learn how everything work is the only irritating part, after you get through that I can bet you that you will fall in love with this phone. thers no other blackberry like this one, the storm is a load of you know what compared to the tour.
