Pros: Great photos, Stylish
Cons: freezes up!!!!!, small keys
I'm 13 and I've had this phone for about a month and a half, and i already want a new one. Sometimes I'll be doing something on it and it will suddenly black out and freeze. It just freezes up a lot too. The keys are pretty small too, even though I've gotten used to it, it might not be so great for someone who is not very used to that kind of thing. But it has AMAZING quality photos, which i love. I would say that I recommend this to someone who texts a lot, but it seems to freeze up a lot when it gets used a bit, so maybe not.......

I am now on my 3rd Reclaim.... the battery life does not last long. My battery has overheated twice... and when something happens to this one, Sprint has promised me a different phone.

Exactly what I was looking for in a cell

Pros: Durable, Great sound, Stylish, great battery life
Cons: small buttons, poor choice of default ringtones
This phone had everything I needed. The eco friendly aspect is a bonus. But it's functionality is what sold me. The address book is excellent. Best I have seen in a non-smart phone. Setting up email is simple. I have used the gps a few times and it is clear and accurate. Media player is excellent and web browsing is workable. Though a few of my larger sites won't render. But the big plus is the battery life. It charges in a couple hours and won't need a recharge for 3 days with moderate use.
My drawbacks are familiar. I am not 100% satisfied with the keyboard. The P is too close to the right edge and I miss typing if I am one-hand typing. The included ringtones were atrocious. i had to download a dozen of my own. And the calender isn't as simple on my old Katana DLX. And there is no default date on the main screen. Sure you can setup a bubble but why when it was standard on older phones? It seems to get slightly less reception than my old DLX or Katana II. But better than some others.
But I have come to rely on this for quite a bit.

Never should of upgraded to this phone...

Pros: Great photos, Stylish, the blue color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Drops calls, mechanical issues
This phone is not great. I had to have it replaced twice in one month. First the phone just freaked out! Constantly vibrating and the sound went distorted. Next phone after one week locked up and went black. The replacement i have now even locks up on me sometimes but hasn't gone black yet. I do like the blue color and style. Buttons are way to small but you get used to it. Battery is amazing. But, I have had nothing but problems, shouldn't of upgraded my rumor it was better than this phone.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, keys too small
The keys are too small even for me with small fingers. I have had it for 2 weeks and already it is malfunctioning. Shuts off by itself for no reason. Volume fluctuates on phone calls. Memory error messages.

Cons: the ring tone preset
We have been with Nextel for Many years and this is the best Upgrade I have every gotten.....except for the Ring tone it comes with which grows on you after awhile I would recommend this phone as a 1st time or upgrade

The phone overall is pretty awesome... i love the way it looks.. and i like the keyboard.. its not bad at all..dont understand the complaints.. o well.. i love it..the phone features are good.. not too different from other samsung phones... the ringtones are good..but are a little quiet..wish i could change the color of the menu.. but overall i love the phone.. its pretty great..LOVE it !

Love this phone

I have never had a keyboard phone. I like simple phones. This was my first phone that has a keyboard. It is the simplest phone to use. I absolutely LOVE it. I didn't even need the book to figure out how to use it. I also have not had any sync problems with it in my car. So, if you want something simple to use, easy to read, I would highly recommend this phone!

its not a horrible phone, just not a fan. buttons are somewhat small making texting difficult. the keylock doesnt work too well and the ringers are just lame. with chirping and dog barking...

Cons: small buttons
If you're big into texting, and have average size fingers, this phone can be a little tricky to get used to. The buttons are a little small. It looks great and I love the nature sounds it comes with. The internet connection is fast.

Sound is pretty good (for calls). Screen is a good size, battery life is pretty good, though I don't text much, so I'm not keeping the screen on often enough to use up a lot of battery power. I don't use my phone all that much and I think I charged it maybe 4 days ago and it still has about a half charge left. Obviously, heavy texting or internet access would cut that time between charges significantly. I don't really like the "carousel" (row of icons at bottom of screen), but there's no way (as far as I can see) to remove it. I get that the icons are there for quick and easy access, but I think they take up too much of the screen. The buttons on the keyboard are quite small, even for someone with tiny fingers, but given the size of the phone, I guess it's to be expected. Kind of inconvenient for dialing (again, to be expected for the type of phone, but going from full-size number buttons on the previous phone to these, it's an adjustment). You don't want to be dialing a lot with this thing, the potential for misdials is huge. I've only had it about a month, so durability remains to be seen. Haven't used the SD card capability yet, so no idea how that works. It's a nice-looking phone (if you like blue or pink). Haven't taken a picture with it yet.

Reclaim does not operate with Microsoft SYNC

It's very disappointing that the Samsung Reclaim does not work properly with Microsoft SYNC (in vehicle Bluetooth system). The phone will pair, but it repetitively reboots when trying to download the phonebook from the phone to the car.
Of all makers, Samsung has the most phones that do not work with SYNC.

I've had this phone for a bit over a month & just love it! The size of the phone is great, it's small but not too small. I had a hard time texting on it at first but got used to it. I have my email, my facebook, google map, etc. The camera has a cute mirror for taking pics of yourself. The best part is the battery life, it charges very quickly & lasts all day! LOVE IT! I definitely recommend this phone.

i upgraded from a flip phone so when i got this phone it was amazing!some good things about this phone is that its eco friendly,small so it fits in your pocket nicely,good battery life,the sprint one click is great and the camera is good.the keyboard is good too. the bad things are the key board is flat but dosent make that much of a difference,and there is no flash on the camera. [which dosent make that much of a difference],but other than that its a great phone.

I want my Blackberry back. The buttons on this phone are way too small. Almost impossible for me to text on this thing. Also did not realize there was no flash on the camera :( whats the point?
