when ever i have broken or lost a phone i go back to this one best phone i have ever owned still have it and still works perfectly evan with the antena broken off full signal. cant ask for a better back up phone wish my android worked half as good

This was my 1st sprint phone! Man I use to love this phone. I wouldn't recommend it now due to updated technology. But back in the day this was the phone to have. I still remember my melody ringtone I use to have.

I liked my original so well that the last time I renewed I picked the same phone. It's above and beyond for dependability ad reception compared to some of the latest on the market...in fact, I'm having a hard time finding a phone to replace it that I like and haven't heard negatives about. The only problem I've had with both phones is the ear piece eventually fails. The speaker still works, but, it seems time to have to make a decision to replace it.

This product is no longer available new, but if you find a used one and you don't need messaging or Internet, that is to say if you need a mobile TELEPHONE, this is a great unit. It has a telescoping antenna that enables greater reception. I have never had a reception problem with this phone. By today's standards, this phone would be considered primitive, but in addition to great reception, it has great sound, is ergonomically excellent, and uses large type and buttons, something that is particularly useful for users over 50. I have dropped it dozens of times, and have never had any problems as a result.
