Pros: Durable, Great photos, Big buttons, Great sound, Stylish
Cons: Confusing interface
Most attractive phone I've seen yet. Great capabilities for it's size. Battery life is a little too short for my liking, but extended life batteries are available. I have had some difficulty with a few of the extra features. But, In all fairness I have not read the owners manual.

OMG someone took my phone and I was sent this i9 because they no longer had the i880. the battery life is garbage. hate to be in a life or death situation with this phone. the camara is okay, just the button on the side

Best nextel ever!! I have had Nextel for 15 years now. Nextel/Motorola hit the mark on this one. The battery life is great for it's size once you have it trained. I'm only 3 weeks into the purchase and have found some cool apps. If you just want a phone that will slip into your pocket, this is it. However I do carry this on my belt with the available swivel clip holster. Did I mention it has a great camera.
As for durability, the thing is like a small brick-(very solid and built well).

A very stylish Phone

This phone has wonderful features especially for music lovers. No one mentions it's touch screen feature. walkie talkie very clear, web browsing, coupons,advertisements and chat features. Vision and hearing features are really great. The camera feature needs upgrading I must admit I'm ok with that. Lastly it comes in my favorite color. Red

heavy,recessed buttons difficult to use with one hand. range of service poor compared to prior models. battery life is not what it is advertised to be. Does not come with a sm card for the price this is not a good deal.

I gave up my i580 for this i9 and it was a big mistake. It had a mind of its own, i felt that i had a baby in my hand that i had to be so carefull not to bump it, smear it etc, so fragil. The camera lenz is in the wrong place i think, because my fingers kept on comming out in every picture, and i would take 3 or 5 pictures and the battery would almost be dead. Did not feel good about it, so i trade it for the i680 and im like a kid with a new toy, LOVE IT.

love the phone hate the battery.I use my direct connect all day and I have too charge my I9 at least twice a day. Other than that Ilove the look and performance of the phone. And camera takes awesome pictures.

I have had to have 5 of these phones in the past 5months, they keep breaking, they wont charge, or the flip breaks. They are horrible. It frezes all the time, doesnt recieve texts sometimes, and the battry life is horrible. Its not worth the money. The touchscreen is useless too. Its picture quality is horrible too. The only thing this phone is good for is listening to music.

Not the Right Phone for Me

I just don't seem to have any luck with Motorola phones, this is a very nice looking phone and the camera is very good for a phone, the speakers for the MP3 are excellent! But as I said Motorola phones just don't like me, so I am sending this one back.
