I needed 3g/4g data connectivity for my business to stay in touch while traveling. I had the unit for two years ... began having overheating issues almost immediately. When the unit overheats (often) it will drop the connection and force you to shut it down for an hour or so before you can use it again. When connected to 4g the unit is fast, works great if it's working properly. Quickly shifts down to 3g if you lose 4g. Way too many issues with reliability, short battery life, and usb connection coming loose off main logic board. Poor design ... too bad it teases you by working great ... if it's working. Often it doesn't.
