this is one of the worst blackberries I have own. I have own several blackberries and have been using this one for a while and have had to take it into sprint for repairs and even had to have it replaced with a new one and still it is horrible. I have been a blackberry user for a long time and after this one I am giving up on the blackberry and upgrading and jumping on the iphone band wagon..... dont buy this phone
ConsDid not meet expectations, Drops calls, freezes, slow, wont charge, poor battery life
No, I do not recommend this product.
