I've had this device for maybe a week and a half now and I honestly wish I could return it and get out of my contract. I have yet to be able to remain connected to it for more than 10 mins before being kicked off and having to reconnect when I still have somewhat service (2 bars on 3G which is all I ever have). It's not only frustrating but it means I can't download anything and can't watch videos or update anything on my computer.

This phone is awful. It is constantly dropping calls, freezing, and won't send texts until a day or two later. Most times to turn off the phone the battery has to be removed otherwise it simply goes to a black screen and is back on 30 seconds later. This is the second of these phones I've had too with the exact same problems. I only hope this one doesn't simply die suddenly and unexpectedly when most needed like the last one did.
