After paying for the services of 3g and 4g access we realized that the hardware was never installed on the netbook. This entire time we have been having to access the internet through hot spots and our home Wifi. Extremely disappointed. If you do purchase make sure all the 3g and 4g hardware is installed completely before leaving the Sprint store.
ConsDid not meet expectations, no 3g or 4g., hardware was missing!!!
No, I do not recommend this product.
