I love the look and feel of this phone. The sound quality is great, and the visuals are awesome. I have poor eyesight, so I love the ability to enlarge font and have it really enlarge, and the screen size really helps.
My only problems are:
- Battery life. I truly do not know how people state here that the battery life is good with all day usage. They must keep it charged all day while using or turn it off completely when not is use.
- Service. This is more about Sprint than the phone. selling 4G phones, without 4G service.
