The screen blacked out on me within the 1st 5months of having it & I had to have it replaced. The 2nd phone literally fell apart within a year. It cuts off, has horrible reception, poor battery life & doesn't have as many features as I expected. Do not waste your $$ on this phone! I wouldn't get another one if Sprint was giving them away.
ConsDid not meet expectations, Drops calls, overall it's just not a good phone
No, I do not recommend this product.
