For being my first Blackberry it lived up to expectations, battery life could be better..but it is a pre owned. I noticed burn in on the left side of the screen after having it a month, and the phone has a habit of "butt dialing" people in your contact list when in your pocket. Oveall, I like the phone and if I could get one new I think I would like it even more across the board.

My only knock on this phone is that after six months I lost touchscreen functionality...outside of that it was a decent phone for the price and it did what I expected it to do.
