I got the Trender because it looks identical to the Samsung Seek I used to have. However, if I had had more time, I would have chosen another phone. The Trender does not have a slot for a smart card, which means the consumer must purchase a data plan to transfer the photos off the phone. I've had numerous problems trying to answer calls and check my voicemail, because the touch screen is apparently defective. I'm now living somewhere that has a Sprint store, so I intend to take the phone in and see what can be done. In my job, being able to answer calls, text messages, and retrieve voicemail is very important! I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I would, however, recommend the Seek. I never had any problems with it.
ConsDid not meet expectations
Yes, I recommend this product.
