Alarm did not function for over a year until they released an update! Phone gets terrible service everywhere. My wife's sprint phone regularly has service when my phone does not, go figure. Can't send picture texts despite online claims and tutorials ( I assume it 'works' like my alarm did) Stay away from this overpriced paperweight.
