i wanted a basic phone - talk and text. one cannot hold the phone to ones ear to talk without brushing against buttons on the phone and automatically triggering a phone call to someone else, or calling voicemail, or just causing continuous beeps during a conversation. the text is fine, but the talk is horrible.
