I was uncertain about switching back to an android phone after having experienced the HTC touch (another bad phone), but i second guessed myself and got the Samsung Epic 4G which should stand for garbage. The phone freezes, the camera light stays on until i remove the battery, it has a mind of its own, dials people 10-20 minutes after I've attempted to call them, the camera doesnt work, I cant view my picture gallery, the phone doesnt have the ability to lock the home screen, so it constantly hangs up on people, the battery life (what battery life) and one would think it's my phone (take it back, one would say). Well i've tried that, this is my 4th replacement phone within a month and all the phones have the same issue. Sprint should really take this phone off the market and provide the customers who have it the option to replace it with any model of thier choosing. I would never recommend this phone nor the provider to any of my friends or family.
ProsStylish
ConsDid not meet expectations, Drops calls, it doesnt work!!!!!, the camera doesnt work, dials out on its own, have to remove battery to make calls back to back
