This is the worst smart phone I have EVER had. If you really use your phone for email, surfing the web, calls,and texting this is not the phone for you. The battery life is extremely poor and it overheats. I have used it for a couple of days and I am sending it back!!!!!! Thank you Sprint for that 14 day satisfaction guarantee
