Got my Novatel MiFi yesterday. Took about 5 easy minutes to get a network going after charging using the Getting Started documentation. Had a bit of a scare when I changed it from open network to secure network -- found I could no longer access my network. So called Sprint tech support and a great guy named Lee helped me reset the device and took me through all the steps to get it up and running again (turns out the password for the novatel site (admin) is not the password for the secure network itself and I had failed to give the net a password). Battery charges pretty quick and so far seems to hold a charge longer than either of my tablets, so I guess that if I were away from home very long that I would be carrying a couple of chargers anyway. LOL. The Sprint network here at home is fast and from the available network list seems to be blowing my neighbors out of the water. Thanks Sprint, you're the best!
